How We Can Help
The Office of the Ombudsperson for Students offers students, who feel they have exhausted all other possible remedies, alternative methods to resolve their issues.
We will
- listen to your concerns
- refer you to other resources, if necessary
- help you gather information
- facilitate a resolution to your problem
- encourage informal mediation
We may address the following types of issues:
- ability to register for courses
- grade appeals and evaluations
- problems with parking or library privileges
- student life complaints
- problems and issues with academic affairs
- concerns and conflicts with student affairs
- inconsistent following of departmental regulations
